Active in the community as an author and teacher, Mr. Griffith currently offers courses at Baruch College in New York and at Bergen Community College in New Jersey.

Our President
Timothy Griffith, ASA Tim Griffith is the founder and President of Griffith Appraisals. Licensed by the State of New Jersey, he is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, the state's highest classification. He holds equivalent licenses in New York and Pennsylvania. Tim is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in the American Society of Appraisers, in which he served as President of the Northern New Jersey Chapter, and currently serves on ASA's International Membership Committee and as Governor of Region 1, extending from Maine to Pennysylvania. Tim also served on the Board of Directors of the Appraisal Institute's Northeast New Jersey Chapter. A co-author of The Real Estate Appraisal Exam, he is one of a small number of appraisers in the area accredited by the Appraisal Foundation as an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.
